I moved to Colorado sixteen years ago from central New Jersey — trading density and familiarity for something I couldn't quite name yet. Lafayette, on the eastern edge of Boulder County, has been home ever since. I know what it means to make that kind of move, to choose a place deliberately and build a life in it.
That context shapes how I work. A home isn't just an asset to me — it's the infrastructure of someone's daily life. Getting the transition right matters.
My background is in spatial design. I think about how homes function, how they flow, how a property fits the life being lived in it — or the one coming next. That lens stays with me in every showing, every pre-market walkthrough, every conversation about what's worth doing before a home goes live.
I hold an Aging in Place specialist credential — reflecting focused work understanding how homes need to serve people across different chapters of life. It informs how I think about right-sizing, livability, and what a move actually needs to accomplish beyond the transaction itself.
What I've built around that is a vetted contractor and trades network. When preparation work needs to happen before a home lists, I coordinate it. When a buyer is purchasing something with potential, I know who to call. The execution doesn't fall to you to manage.
The clients I work with tend to be navigating something with real complexity — emotionally, logistically, or both. They want someone with a point of view, not just a facilitator.
